We aim to deliver orders within 5-7 working days. The delivery service requires a signature, therefore we kindly ask that you chose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign.

Large of heavy Items will be delivered via our dedicated courier company. They will be in contact with you to arrange a suitable day and time to deliver. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please check the condition of all the packaging before accepting and signing for your delivery.

Collecting in Person

If you have opted to collect your order in person you will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. Please do not collect without prior notification.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it, you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging. 
To return or exchange a product, please email first before you return to with your order number and reason for your return.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival by recorded delivery. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 working days. 

Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange please email at and we will advise you accordingly.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping on the original order will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If an item is not received and the package was sent without tracking the shipping, we cannot issue a refund
